Joel Martin is an internationally touring professional musician who has played on the Tonight Show multiple times, in addition to recording and touring with artists such as Greg Loiacano (the Mother Hips), The Dream Syndicate, Scott Ian (Anthrax), and Nick Hexum (311). His Grateful Dead roots run deep as he constantly tours as a solo artist with a unique interpretation of the Bay Area psychedelic music, using loop pedals to create a multi-layered Dead experience. For this show he is joined by the Grateful Nights band with April Pittman (vocals), Aaron Feder (bass), JJ Oliva (keys), and Fran Guillén (drums).
